Campaign types

Section titled “Static”Every eligible contact follows the configured attempt and retry policy. Use it for announcements, reminders, surveys, and standard outbound workflows.
Quick qualify
Section titled “Quick qualify”Designed to identify positive leads quickly. Each contact can progress through qualification rounds:
- Positive — qualified terminal outcome.
- Negative — disqualified terminal outcome.
- Unreachable — terminal after the configured attempt policy.
- Neutral — may continue to another qualification round.
Configure maximum qualification rounds, attempts per day, maximum active days, cooldowns, and escalation behaviour.
Campaign statuses

Contact attempt statuses
Section titled “Contact attempt statuses”| Status | Meaning |

pending | Eligible but not yet attempted |
in_progress | Attempt is being processed |
completed | Contact reached a terminal successful attempt state |
failed | Attempt failed |
no_answer | The call was not answered; retry policy may apply |
removed | Contact was removed from the campaign audience |
These campaign-contact states are different from the lead status stored on the main Contact record.
