Concurrency

Concurrency is the number of calls that may be active at the same time. One channel supports one live call; three channels can support up to three simultaneous calls when provider and campaign limits also permit it.

The effective limit is the smallest applicable constraint:

plan channels → provider/system availability → campaign max concurrency → eligible contacts

Increasing campaign concurrency cannot exceed account or provider capacity. Multiple active campaigns may share available channels.

Start with one channel, confirm call quality and outcome accuracy, then increase gradually. Monitor provider errors, answer rate, webhook processing, follow-up queues, and human-team capacity.

Number rotation distributes outbound work but does not itself create more channels. Retries and no-answer cooldowns also affect throughput.
