- Round robin distributes calls evenly in order.
- Sequential uses numbers in the configured order.
Monitor a live campaign
Section titled “Monitor a live campaign”Watch campaign status, completed and remaining contacts, in-progress calls, failures, no-answer rate, and provider errors. Pause the campaign if the greeting, routing, or audience is wrong; progress is retained.
Inspect a call
Section titled “Inspect a call”The call detail is the operational record for:
- destination, agent, campaign, and provider;
- start/end time and duration;
- current or terminal status;
- transcript and recording when available;
- outcome, summary, and structured analysis;
- provider or validation error.
Generated text and recorded audio are different evidence. Use the recording to confirm what the caller actually heard.
Follow-up
Section titled “Follow-up”Campaigns may trigger configured SMS or WhatsApp follow-up. A WhatsApp campaign follow-up is an outbound automation action; it is not the same as the WhatsApp AI inbox, which manages ongoing two-way conversations and human handoff.
