--- title: Campaigns overview description: Build, schedule, automate, and monitor outbound voice campaigns. --- A campaign connects an agent, contacts, outbound numbers, schedule, retry policy, and optional follow-up automation. ## Campaign setup | Area | Options | | --- | --- | | Audience | Uploaded file, Google Sheet sync, or continuous contact stream | | Calling identity | One number or up to 10 numbers | | Rotation | Smart, round robin, or sequential | | Timing | Start date/time, timezone, call window, cooldown, max days | | Attempts | Retry count, daily attempt limit, no-answer handling | | Throughput | Concurrency and safety thresholds | | Opening | Agent greeting or campaign-specific first line | | Follow-up | AI follow-up, SMS, WhatsApp template/media, escalation | ## Campaign lifecycle `draft` → `scheduled` → `active` ⇄ `paused` → `completed` A draft has not started. A scheduled campaign is waiting for its configured time. Active campaigns may place calls. Pausing stops new attempts without deleting progress. Completed means the campaign has no remaining eligible work. ## Audience modes - **File upload** creates a fixed audience from a CSV or spreadsheet. - **Google Sheets** synchronizes rows from a public sheet using mapped columns. - **Contact stream** continuously admits matching Contacts. Stream filters can target sources such as Meta Ads, IndiaMART, or CRM webhook. Use a small test audience before enabling high concurrency or automated messaging.
