Google Sheets sync imports rows into Contacts and can feed a campaign audience.

## Prepare the sheet

1. Keep one header row.
2. Include a phone-number column.
3. Make the sheet viewable through its public sharing link.
4. Use stable columns for name, email, city, tags, and custom fields.

Do not publish confidential columns merely to enable the integration.

## Connect

Open **Contacts → Integrations → Google Sheets**, paste the public sheet URL, choose the sheet/tab, map columns, and validate phone numbers. Review the preview before enabling sync.

## Sync behaviour

- New valid rows create Contacts with source `google_sheets`.
- Existing matches are updated according to the configured mapping.
- A manual sync is available for validation.
- Sync health may be `ok`, `error`, or `rate_limited`.
- Removing a source row does not erase historical calls or contact activity.

Use the sync result and rejected-row details to fix invalid or missing phone numbers.
