Use them for product interest, region, campaign cohort, intent, or automation routing. - Select tags from the workspace tag catalog. - Bulk assignment records the operation. - Structured assignments retain source, actor, and timestamp. - Tag history makes additions and removals auditable. - Legacy tag arrays may still appear on older records. For predictable automation, use a stable tag vocabulary such as `demo-request`, `north-region`, and `high-intent`; avoid spelling variants for the same concept.
