Contacts is the shared customer record used by Voice AI, WhatsApp, campaigns, Meta Ads, IndiaMART, Google Sheets, and CRM webhook intake.

Each contact can hold identity and phone details, email, city/location, source, lead status, priority, tags, notes, assignment, follow-up time, custom agent instruction, and analysis data.

## Typical workflow

1. Create or sync a contact.
2. Normalize its source and phone number.
3. Set lead status, priority, owner, and tags.
4. Add it to a campaign or contact stream.
5. Review call/WhatsApp outcomes.
6. Update status and forward the result through CRM webhooks.

Contacts and campaign entries are related but not identical. Removing a contact from a campaign does not delete the main Contact record.
